In session 3 we looked at the importance of having a building the operator journey, focussing on conversion and of creating flexible content that will work really hard.
Review the Operator Journey in your BET. Interrogate it from your Chef’s point of view. Be realistic about their behaviour and time constraints. Think about what’s in it for them.
Identify any points where we run the risk of losing our chefs.
How could we optimise to improve the chances of them staying with us?
Is there anything we could do to transform their experience?
What recommendations would you make?
Consider what this investigation tells us about what we need to do differently?
