This agreement pertains to any and all candidates presented to and accepted by Sid Lee for all freelance and contingency placements and subsequent full-time placements with CONGREGATION PARTNERS Ltd.
IT IS AGREED as follows:
All candidate submissions will be introduced over email, which will include at least one of the following: CV, Linkedin profile and/or portfolio attached.
Once a candidate has been introduced, the candidate will be solely represented by CONGREGATION PARTNERS Ltd for a period of twelve months, from the date the CV, Linkedin profile and/or portfolio has been submitted. Sid Lee is not permitted to pass on or share Candidate information with other offices, without consent from CONGREGATION PARTNERS Ltd. If a placement is made, Sid Lee will be liable for the full 20% placement fee.
Full-Time Placement Fee
Your company will pay 20% of a successful placement’s annual base salary, billed on the candidate’s start date. If a hire is not made, no fee will be charged.
Freelance Placement Fee
Your company will pay 20% of the successful placement’s day rate or project fee, up to a year’s continuous service. If the Candidate is hired during this period the 20% freelance fee will be deducted from the 20% placement fee of the annual base salary.
If a full-time candidate resigns or is terminated for due cause (but not in the cause of redundancy) within the probationary period of employment, CONGREGATION PARTNERS Ltd will provide either an appropriate replacement or a refund of the Full-Time Placement Fee.
These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
All invoices are subject to 14-day payment period from date of receipt.
